Pastor Shawn is a 1996 graduate of Shasta Bible College in Redding, CA. He completed his Master of Divinity from Northwest Baptist Seminary (now Corban College) in Salem, OR, in June of 2000. He served as associate pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Redding, CA, for 12 years before becoming senior pastor of First Baptist in April of 2012. Pastor Shawn and his wife, Michelle, were married in 1993 and have three children. | |||||||||||

Pastor Mel is a former church planter and senior pastor and has been a part of the ministry of FBC for almost 20 years. He served many years as a representative for Regular Baptist Press, specializing in the area of Sunday School.
